How long until I receive my bike?
Orders will be processed within 48 business hours (partial shipping delays will be notified to you via the website's bulletin board and email). Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email. We use FedEx or UPS for shipping. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the goods to reach your designated location. Any delivery dates provided by Deepower are estimates. (For some used models or repair parts, we typically require 10 business days for processing.)
Do l need a license for riding Ebike?
No, you don't need a license for riding Ebike. Please read Safety Instructions

Does the charger work with EU/US voltage (220V/110V)? Do I need an adapter?
A: This charger features a dual-voltage design (100-240V), compatible with both European and American power outlets. No additional adapters are required—we will include the corresponding plug (European Type C/American Type A) based on your shipping address to ensure hassle-free charging.
Does the e-bike come pre-assembled? Do I need special tools to set it up?
It arrives 85% pre-assembled—only the handlebar, front wheel, and seat need simple installation. We include a free tool kit (wrenches, screwdrivers) and a step-by-step English manual with photos. Most customers finish setup in 15-20 minutes; no professional skills required
What’s the battery life, and how long does it take to fully charge? Can I replace the battery?
Range on a full charge is 40-65 miles (actual mileage varies depending on riding mode, terrain, and load). Charging with the included charger takes 4-6 hours. The battery is removable—you can take it out to charge indoors (no need to move the entire bike) and swap it with a compatible spare battery (sold separately) for extended rides.
